Nourishing cherry organic fruit and nut bars, we only use cherries, dates and cashews blended with agave nectar for a deliciously fruity taste. Cherries have been shown to be one of the best dietary sources of polyphenols – bioactive compounds which are indicated to have many beneficial effects on the body, including cardio protective properties.
