With Fairtrade fortnight round the corner, why not join other schools up and down the country with your own fairtrade tuck shop. This is proving a great way to get kids involved with the running of the shop so that they gain practical skills while supporting fairtrade at the same time—a true win-win.
We have a minimal mark-up policy in place in the hope this will persuade more people to try ethical products and are therefore confident that you will get the best possible prices from us.

The Fairtrade Foundation is offering a 'before' and 'after' evaluation to assess the success of the Fairtrade scheme in your school. The purpose of the audit is to see what is happening in your school, which entails a questionnaire aimed at assessing the level of Fairtrade awareness and activity among the staff, pupils, and members of the local community.
The audit can be done straight away… simply take the questionnaire round to different people in your school for answers.

And not forgetting what winter is best known for: Colds & Flu.
Here at JohnVenes, we have a wide range of products to help you relieve the symptoms of Colds and Flu. Our products vary from cough syrups to Nasal sprays to sweets that help soothe that tickle in the throat.
During winter, you may also experience dry skin and chapped lips due to the loss of moisture to winds, low humidity, and central heating. To prevent this, individuals should wrap up warm when going outside, moisturize their skin daily, apply Vaseline to their lips or a lip balm, exfoliate their body to get rid of the dead skin that starts to form during the cold weather, and humidify rooms to add moisture and soothe dry skin.
