Doves Farm Self Raising White Flour is a blend of naturally gluten-free ingredients, providing a great alternative to self raising flour made from wheat. It can be used in gluten-free recipes or adapted for traditional recipes by adjusting the liquid content. With this 1kg size pack, you can bake approximately half a dozen cakes without any gluten.
