It is one of our most popular teas. Warming Cape Malay spices are blended with rooibos tea from Cape Town's Cedarberg Mountains. The rooibos is still cured in the traditional way and requires great skill to harvest well — one sign that it is ripe for harvest is the wild honey bees that flock to the bushes. Try this delicious rooibos chai smoothie by steeping 4 teabags in 450ml water overnight. Then add a banana and two scoops of vanilla ice cream or 125g yoghurt and blitz.
