A creamy free-from sauce with mushrooms, white wine & herbs which is wheat, gluten, and dairy-free. Try as a sauce with meat, fish, vegetables, or Quorn and accompany with wheat-free pasta or rice.
Use:
Heat sauce for 4-5 minutes or until piping hot & pour over cooked meat, fish, vegetables, or Quorn. Alternatively, simmer or casserole with accompaniment of choice until thoroughly cooked. Enjoy as part of a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
